Reviews and Ratings
Staying on the 2nd floor was a bit of a trek from the reception, especially for elderly guests, with a narrow and steep stairwell to navigate. The vast layout offered spacious rooms but required a bit of a walk. Though the service at the restaurant was terrific, some staff members need improvement to match that level of friendliness.
The hotel was very clean and a little bit old style Morocco furnished, meeting my requests for the room but with a slightly naff decor. The service was a bit aloof, which was a shame as it detracted from an otherwise impressive experience. The location offered a large and pleasant setting with good ambiance, but there was a hint of indifference and arrogance. Dining was a highlight, especially with the delicious lamb dishes, while the facilities were well-appointed and enjoyable.
Staying at this hotel felt like having a little apartment all to myself, with a large living room, a spacious bedroom, and a lovely walled courtyard. The bed was a bit hard, but the room had everything I needed, including a desk and dressing table. The property's layout, spread across one or two-story buildings, offered a unique charm but required a bit of a walk to reach the restaurant or reception.
